All deposits are non-refundable. You can cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before an appointment. If you fail to cancel within our policy period, full payment may be taken by staffs discretion. Failure to pay remaining balance will result in no future bookings until this is paid.
 

Patch Tests - If you are booking in for a TINT/LASH LIFT/LAMINATION/LASH EXTENSIONS/HAIR TINTING/TONING, please make sure you attend the salon at least 24 hours before your appointment for a patch test! If your appointment is on a Tuesday, please come in at least the Saturday before.

NO FAKE TAN can be worn around the brow area when getting a brow treatment. You will be sent away or the treatment will go ahead with no tinting but you will be charged the full amount.

** We have a SALON DOG in Wednesday/Friday/Saturday - if you have allergies to dogs, let us know and we will try our best to see when is best for you to attend the salon **

We have a strict 10 minutes late policy for every appointment. If you're going to be later, please DM us on Instagram or text 07944945811* stating your name and what you are booked in for. Anything after this time we may have to resechule your appointment as we may not have enough time to complete the treatment but you will still be charged in full.
